Nose – Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi.
Palate – Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.

Clonakilty – Single Pot Still – Made from 100% Cork grown barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Clonakilty Distillery, and matured in our Atlantic Ocean Warehouse. This special whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskey presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate. ABV 46%
*All samples are rebottled/labelled in our own 50ml bottles and packed into Dick Mack’s branded packaging.
