Glendalough – Single Pot Still – The Glendalough Pot Still was made from a 1:2 mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley, matured for 3 years in a Bourbon cask and up to a year in Irish oak casks. Each bottle is individually numbered with tree, cask and bottle numbers. ABV 43%
*All samples are rebottled/labelled in our own 50ml bottles and packed into Dick Mack’s branded packaging.

Nose – Sweet and citrus with vanilla, caramel, banana, treacle, with earthy, herbal undertones of oak spices and leather.
Palate – Chewy, warm and buttery, pot still malt and spices, toffeed pears, treacle, cinnamon, nutmeg and distinctive toasted, tannic oak.
Finish – Long with creamy vanilla, almond, forest fruit and toasted Irish oak.
