Redacted Bottle 001 is finally here! Get ready for an adventure into taste as you delve into the depths of the Killowen Distillery. The whiskey is made using wild fermentation, flame distillation, and worm tub condensation. These old school techniques bring out the true essence of Irish Whiskey. With jaw-dropping artwork by celebrated Belfast artist Fiona McDonnell, the label captures the local Mourne folklore of ‘The Black Dog of the Rock’. ABV 62.45%
