This limited edition bottling has been done as a collabration with WD O’Connell and ourselves here in Killarney for our 20th Anniversary.
Distilled at Great Northern Distillery in March 2016 initially matured in ex bourbon barrels and finished in our very own Buffalo Trace Cask which we had Western Herd Imperial Stout ageing in it for 5 months. ABV 55%
*All samples are rebottled/labelled in our own 50ml bottles and packed into Dick Mack’s branded packaging.
